EMS/ BUSINESS STUDIES/ LIFE ORIENTATION EDUCATOR

Overview

Rallim Modern Learning Environment, a private school situated on Berkshire Boulevard, Sunningdale, in the Western Cape, is seeking to employ an EMS/ Business Studies/ Life Orientation Educator to join a talented and creative community from 1 August 2025. First preference will be given to candidates based in Cape Town.

Subject requirements: EMS, Business Studies and LO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Education or related fields for EMS/Business Studies.
  • SACE registered.
  • Demonstrates excellence in teaching Business Studies up to grade 12 level.
  • Competence in terms of computers – Apple products is a bonus. 
  • A commitment to an exceptional standard of teaching and learning.
  • Be able to contribute to Academic/Sport/ Cultural/Social Outreach endeavours of the school.
  • Have sound administrative skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Assist the Business and LO department in achieving exceptional results.
  • Implement an innovative and forward thinking curriculum that aligns with global best practices and embraces new methodologies, technologies and approaches to ensure students mastery and deep understanding of business concepts. 
  • Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to become confident, independent thinkers and problem solvers. 
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with parents and stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to business education through excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
